Arrio started with a frustration we had seen from opposite sides of the same table. Johan had spent decades building technology for enterprises, and could see AI changing how software gets built faster than anyone could follow. David had sat in the leadership meetings on the other side, where the software budget went in, time passed, and no one could honestly say what came out.

We kept meeting the same wall: software development had become the biggest investment most companies make, and the least understood. We do not think that should be accepted.

So we built the thing we wished existed.
